Texts in Kalanga

The earliest texts printed in Kalanga were translations of the bible, catechisms and hymn books.  These were soon followed by collections of proverbs and stories from oral traditions.  Original compositions written in Kalanga are fairly recent.  Extraordinary work has been done in the last 15 years by the Mukani Action Campaign and its partners.
